Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Only Repair Parts.

We want you to receive the correct repair part for your equipment. If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, contact:

parts@onlyrepairparts.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • the part number being returned

  • the reason for the return

Do not return a part without first receiving return authorization and the correct return address from Only Repair Parts.

Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returns are not accepted after the 60-day return period unless specifically authorized by Only Repair Parts.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused

  • not have been installed

  • be in the same condition in which you received it

  • include the original packaging when applicable

  • include any parts, instructions, hardware, or accessories originally supplied

  • have prior return authorization from Only Repair Parts

Parts showing signs of installation, use, damage, modification, contamination, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

Electrical Parts

Electrical components are not returnable once opened, installed, connected, or used.

Examples may include:

  • capacitors

  • switches

  • pressure switches

  • circuit boards

  • relays

  • solenoids

  • contactors

  • electronic controls

  • motors or other electrical components where installation prevents the part from being resold as new

If an electrical part arrives damaged or appears defective, contact Only Repair Parts before installing it.

Pumps and Assemblies

Pumps and major mechanical assemblies cannot be returned after installation.

If you believe a pump or assembly is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us before installation.

Returned pumps or other heavy assemblies must be packed securely enough to prevent shipping damage.

Unless we provide different instructions, use:

  • the original shipping box when possible

  • a strong replacement box if the original box cannot be reused

  • sufficient solid cushioning around the item

  • heavy-duty packing tape on all box seams

  • a trackable shipping method

We recommend insuring valuable return shipments.

Only Repair Parts is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

Incorrect Part Ordered

Customers are responsible for verifying equipment model numbers, type/revision information, OEM part numbers, and other identifying information before ordering.

If you accidentally order the wrong part and the part otherwise meets our return requirements, it may be returned within the return period.

Original and return shipping charges are not refundable when the correct item was shipped but the wrong item was ordered.

Incorrect Part Shipped by Only Repair Parts

If Only Repair Parts sends a part different from the item you ordered, contact us.

We will work with you to correct the order and, when appropriate, provide return instructions at our expense.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item appears damaged during shipment, contact us promptly and retain:

  • the product

  • shipping carton

  • packaging materials

  • shipping label

Photographs of the damage and packaging may be requested so that we can evaluate the shipment and, when appropriate, file a carrier claim.

Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Defective Parts

If you believe a new part is defective, contact Only Repair Parts before returning, modifying, disassembling, or further using the part.

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty procedures may vary by manufacturer and may require inspection, repair, or replacement rather than a refund.

A part that does not correct the equipment problem is not necessarily defective. Diagnosis of the equipment problem remains the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following generally cannot be returned:

  • installed or used parts

  • electrical parts that have been opened, installed, connected, or used

  • parts that have been modified or damaged after delivery

  • pumps or assemblies that have been installed

  • items damaged because of improper installation or handling

  • items returned without authorization

  • items specifically identified as non-returnable or special-order at the time of purchase

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from returns when appropriate, including returned items that require inspection, repackaging, or restoration to saleable condition.

A restocking fee will not normally be charged when:

  • Only Repair Parts shipped the wrong item, or

  • an item arrived damaged because of a shipping or fulfillment error attributable to Only Repair Parts.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time after we issue the refund depends upon your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Only Repair Parts.

Return Shipping

Unless the return resulted from an error by Only Repair Parts, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend:

  • using a trackable shipping service

  • retaining the tracking number

  • purchasing insurance for higher-value parts

Only Repair Parts cannot issue credit for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged before it reaches us.

Fitment Questions

If you are uncertain whether a part fits your equipment, contact us before ordering or installing it.

Providing the following information can help us identify the correct part:

  • manufacturer

  • equipment model number

  • type or revision

  • serial number when applicable

  • OEM part number

  • description of the part needed
